      • Exact, palariile pe plita sau la cuptor, cu un cubulet de unt, o felie subtire de costita afumata si putin piper. Ai necesarul de proteine pentru o zi.

      • ehe..ce spui tu e deja “dezmat”..mie-mi place sa mananc…si atunci aleg sa mananc ceva mai putin “consistent”…in mai multe mese… 🙂
